Project Management is a profession at B & I. Our Project Management Staff includes three licensed Professional Engineers and one engineer in training. Our PM group members have State Contractor Licenses for multiple disciplines and work experiences which include specialty contracting, construction management and general contracting. We also have strong emphasis in consulting engineering work with multiple years of design work. This diversity of experience allows us to meet our customers' needs on design/build projects, and also enables B & I to provide valuable input to customers, contractors or design teams when solving the tough problems on plan/spec projects.
Project Management at B & I is not just a job, it is a passion for the work.
As of August 2008, all members of our project management team are certified LEED Accredited Professionals (LEED AP).
