Overhead Hot and Cold Waterlines
Some of the hot and cold water lines were suspended 12' from the ceiling.
Trap Primers
The water-sealed p-traps under the floor drains prevent sewer gases from entering the building. These trap primers ensure the traps will not evaporate.
Shock Arrestors
These shock arrestors will absorb pressure surges in the water pipes whenever faucets are turned off.
Shower Alcove
This is one of two alcoves that will contain the custom-built fiberglass shower stalls.
Handicap-Accessible Shower
The finished shower is handicap-accessible and has a hand-held spray as well as a regular showerhead.
120-gallon Electric Water Heater
The 120-gallon electric water heater will ensure the church always has plenty of hot water.
Soldering a Water Inlet
A B & I plumber is soldering the water inlet connection for a urinal.
Electric Water Cooler
The inner workings of a dual-height wheelchair-accessible electric water cooler.
Temporary Water Service
B & I Plumbing Department provides temporary water service for all trades during new construction.
Hose Bibb with Vacuum Breaker
When construction is finished, the temporary hose bibb will be replaced by a chrome hose bibb with a vacuum breaker.
