The underground bathroom group piping systems at Lorenzo Walker
were pre-fabricated prior to being put in the ground and covered with concrete.

These heavy cast-iron roof drains require extra support to be installed on the corrugated roof.
The Froet combination drain serves as both the primary drain as well as the emergency overflow drain.

The building uses tilt-up wall construction; the walls are formed with poured concrete in a frame on
the ground, and are then tilted up vertically once the concrete hardens. The supporting angle
braces will be removed after the roof and other structural work is complete.
