Keewaydin Estate Home on Keewaydin Island - Naples
June, 2003 - February, 2005

This high-end custom residential project is on a privately-owned island south of Naples. The island is accessible by boat only, which created additional challenges for our construction crews. All material deliveries had to be scheduled in advance and brought to the island by barge.


	PVC Sch40 pipe is laid out in a trench for the sanitary drain, waste and vent system underneath the house.


	The dirt underneath the pipes must be compacted to prevent them from sagging, but they won't be covered until all the connections are made and it has passed the plumbing inspection.


	The PVC piping will tie into the no-hub cast iron piping used above ground. A piece of no-hub pipe is visible in the upper-left corner.


	A B & I Plumber is reviewing the blueprints for the sanitary drainage, waste and ventilation system.
