B & I Contractors Office Renovation & Expansion - Fort Myers May, 2006 - April, 2007 B & I Contractors recently completed office renovations and building expansion at our Fort Myers facility. For nearly a year, B & I office employees were treated to a taste of the construction noise and dust that our field employees regularly encounter at their jobsites. Our office administrative staff had their hands full keeping pace with all our ongoing construction projects, while working around the construction going on in our own building. The expansion consisted of an interior remodel and conversion of 20,000 square feet of office space and a 5,250 square foot addition to our Sheetmetal Fabrication shop. The plumbing, electrical, and HVAC was installed by B & I. Stevens Construction was the general contractor.
