Vice President
Over 17 years experience in Mechanical estimation, construction, and operation. He holds a B.S.M.E. Degree from Duke University. Employed with B & I since 1991.


Brian Kelly

Over 21 years experience in Accounting and Management. Providing direction and leadership for the financial operations of the company. Holds a B.S. Degree from Salve Regina University. Employed with B & I since July 2001.

Over 33 years experience in the sheetmetal industry. 22 years experience as a Project Manager, Job Foreman and Superintendent, overseeing field install crews. Experienced in all phases of Sheetmetal fabrication and installation. Employed with B & I since 1986.

Over 11 years experience in the construction industry including the design aspect of mechanical systems. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Employed with B & I since 2000.

Over 20 years experience in commercial and industrial pipefitting including rigging, welding and process piping. Employed with B & I since 2000.

Over 13 years experience in the Fire Protection Industry in southwest Florida. Certified NCCER Craft Instructor, LCSD Adult Trade Education Instructor, and CEU Education Provider for Florida State Fire Marshal's Office. Employed with B & I since 2009.

Over 26 years experience in mechanical design and construction. Holds a B.S. in Architectural Studies and a Masters of Architectural Engineering from Oklahoma State University. Professional Engineer since 1995 and past member of City of Tulsa, OK Plumbing Appeals Board and CSI National Specifications Subcommittee. Employed with B & I since 2004.

Over ten years experience in the Mechanical industry, thirteen years experience as a Millwright, and more than two years experience in Plastic Injection Mold Design. He holds an A.A.S. from Oakland Community College, a B.S. from Bob Jones University, and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Employed with B & I since 2007.
