What is LEED?

LEED is a certification system for green building.  It is acknowledged internationally for both residential and commercial buildings.  LEED offers third-party verification that buildings, as well as communities, are built to improve their operations regarding the: 

  • Use of Energy
  • Use of Water
  • Decrease of CO2 Emissions
  • Increase of Quality of Indoor Environment
  • Management of Resources
  • Supervision of the Impacts

Project Certification
