B & I Contractors, Inc., is proud to be an employee owned company. In 1986, our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) was established. The ESOP now owns 95% of the corporate stock. The goal of the ESOP is to enable our employees to share in the growth and prosperity of the company. This provides participants with an opportunity to accumulate capital for their retirement needs.

Combined they have over 100 years experience in the construction industry. We also currently have a full time CAD department to produce shop drawings and to design and construct engineering plans. Field personnel are included in the coordination process to assure that our installations meet the highest level of workmanship and professionalism for each project.

Commercial HVAC and Plumbing Service
In addition to new construction, B & I also provides commercial HVAC and plumbing service. We provide our customers 24-hour on-call HVAC Service, preventative maintenance contracts, and control system design & installation including off-site monitoring via modem. Our Plumbing Service department troubleshoots commercial plumbing systems of all sizes, and specializes in boiler & water heater repair and retrofits.
